Shuttle between facilities in Nebraska and Wisconsin, and our retailer network throughout the Midwest. And, most importantly, we have a lot of fun doing it!

Maximized the inaugural Northeastern Sports Business Conference (NSBC) $1,500 budget by drawing 150+ attendees, and panelists sourced from the NFL, Boston Celtics, Boston Red Sox, Boston Bruins, and DraftKings.

Honed my R programming skills to tidy up the firm’s 7 years of Unified Managed Accounts (UMA) data and build a Shiny application using R (rhino, echarts4r, bslib, dplyr, and ggplot2 packages) that separated reporting and analysis functions, saving the team 20+ hours of work every quarter. Ensured – through thorough research of the firm's equity strategies – the quality of quarterly strategy marketing materials and flagged multiple GIPS® sector misallocations that would have otherwise required a notification to 20,000+ asset holders. Direct Supply | Marketing Intern

Built a natural language processing (NLP) Python program that pulled in marketing email subject lines and categorized each email based on its subject line content, helping marketers better understand and target the types of emails contacts receive. Redesigned LinkedIn advertisements for Direct Supply's eProcurement line of business, driving a 17% increase in click-through rate and two demo request conversions.

Worked the Guest Service Desk at Target in Brookfield, WI processing merchandise returns, running order pickup and drive up orders, answering the phone, and troubleshooting guest problems.

The Commons | Virtual Innovation Intern
June 2020 - August 2020
Selected out of 700+ applicants to work as a Virtual Innovation Intern on several real-world projects. Collaborated on two cross-disciplinary, cross-university teams while utilizing convergent and divergent innovation methods to tackle problems that have both local and international implications. Research and project deliverables were delivered to stakeholders from various industries on the final Demo Day.

Assisted freshmen students with their inquiry research projects. In school, facilitated small group help sessions to aid students with their research, communication, and presentation skills. Outside of class, helped the classroom teacher prepare materials for students, as well as worked one-on-one with students who had individual questions.
The Milwaukee Repertory Theater | Actor
October 2015 - December 2017
Performed in A Christmas Carol at the Pabst Theater three consecutive years, totaling over 100 performances. Performed nine shows a week for four weeks. Member of the inaugural class of the Professional Training Institute (PTI). Participated in monthly sessions with theater professionals from all over the world. Year-long program culminated in a performance of So Thrive My Soul, a contemporary spin off of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet in June 2017.
First Stage Children's Theater | Actor
June 2011 - March 2017
Participated in Summer Academy for six years. Performed in four productions: Anatole (2014), Rudolph: The Musical (2014), Just A Little Critter Musical (2016), and Robin Hood (2017).
